Beautiful Villa Casa Noemi with pool in Porec
Villa Noemi is located in the peaceful surroundings of the village of Rakovci, in the interior of Istria. It is surrounded by 1,000 m² of fully fenced garden, which will provide you with maximum privacy. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, which will provide you with refreshment on hot summer days, and the large lawn is ideal for carefree children's play. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is designed for 4 people and also welcomes pets.
The interior of the villa is 110 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright, open plan room with access to the outdoor terrace. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with corner sofa and TV, and a dining area.
