The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table. Next to the kitchen is a living room with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. There is also an indoor fireplace to keep you warm on colder days, and thanks to the double sliding balcony doors, you will always have a view of the outdoor terrace. The room is dominated by a combination of wood and metal, which brings a touch of industrial style. All rooms are air conditioned.



On the 1st floor of the villa, reserved for rest and relaxation, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with double beds for maximum comfort and 3 rooms have their own bathroom. In 1 of the rooms you will find a bathtub where you can relax with a view from the large balcony door. If you look closely, you can even see the sea. All rooms have access to the balcony, so each guest has their own piece of this unforgettable view. The bathrooms have a modern and minimalist design with an emphasis on neutral colors and natural materials.



The courtyard of Villa Cormoran is 600 m². The main star is definitely the infinity pool, ideal for practicing cannonball jumps or relaxing with a glass of your favorite drink. Next to the pool there are wooden sun loungers for sunbathing, and in addition there are 2 other lounge areas at your disposal. The outdoor dining table can be used for a get-together with dinner prepared on the garden grill, and a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs for an aperitif or a game night. If you think the fun ends here, guess again. Lovers of wellness will be delighted by the infrared sauna, where they can relax at any time of the day.



In addition to its facilities, this stunning villa will surely impress you with its attractive location. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car and the nearest restaurant is only 5 minutes away on foot. If you're looking for an adventure, that's covered too. The Parenzana pedestrian and bicycle path runs through the area and will take you through the beauty of the Istrian countryside. For an evening out, we recommend the city of Poreč, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
