Once again, I had a bad experience at this hotel. Last week during my staying I left at 9 o’clock in the morning came back at 9 o’clock at night and my hotel room door was completely left open with my valuables inside. The clerk on duty was condescending and unprofessional. On my second visit this week I purchased $100 room for one night I was given a king-size bed with no boxspring, which was basically like sleeping on the floor. I had to argue for an over an hour to get them to switch my room, which was an hours worth of sleep i lost. I’m never going to stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was great. I loved their texting system where you can request for your room to be cleaned. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because on the third day we were there, my one year old threw up on the bedsheets. I had requested for service and they did clean up the room but they did not change our sheets. They made the bed with the same sheets. I smelled the vomit immediately when we laid down. Luckily it was our last night there but still, that ticked me off.
