Shower didn’t work, Faucet worked every now and then, AC was busted, Door barely actually locked and someone tried coming in, Room Service was very loud and rude at intervals. Was nice elsewise but the fact i was charged 100$ for a security fee to not even be able to wash my body let alone cool off is very upsetting. Definitely amongst the budget but i don’t think that really excuses the conditions either…

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, which I really appreciated. My only concern was being charged a pet fee for my two service dogs. It was mentioned that the manager only makes exemptions for emotional support animals, which I found unusual since I’ve never had this issue at other hotels. I didn’t mind paying the fee, but it was confusing and inconsistent with what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Also, the TV in my room didn’t work at all. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and the property was well kept.
