I called the property after making reservation to alert them that I had bad asthma and mold allergy and to be sure the room would be free of these things. We walked into the room and there as heavy mold smell. We told the clerk and ask for some spray. She said they checked the room and there was no odor. Having paid in advance we couldn't change hotels. When checking out we were asked how everything was and she said they should have changed out room but we should get in touch with expedia. The food available was old looking an limited. Never stay there.

This place is awful

It was the most filthiest place I ever stayed at it looked like somebody ejaculated on the TV the microwave was filthy the shower door wouldn't close the refrigerator was filthy the lady at the desk was very rude we checked out a day early because it was disgusting

The carpets were super filthy I had to ask for another room and they were still dirty like disgusting dirty staff super rude too horrible experience and for the value very overpriced that hotel rating should be evaluated because it’s completely wrong and misleading

The “default” option for stays of multiple days is zero housekeeping (I.e. cleaning of room and fresh towels). I gad to ask the front desk 4 times (over 4 days) to get housekeeping to bring fresh towels to my room. I won’t rerun to this hotel or any Sleep Inn

Everything was really nice except for one thing which is why I had to give 4 stars. I had a suite with a king bed and a couch. The room and facilities were nice except the AC had a nasty smell. You could only smell it when you first walked in but it was pretty strong. I looked at the AC vents and they were covered in thick dust which was probably the culprit. Other than that, it was nice, quiet and comfortable.

Great hotel
