Lots of potential but definitely let down

You are the hotel advertised as having a pool and they do not! What a serious letdown that is one of the reasons why I picked them! They say they have room service again, they do not. You have to call someone or go down for the menu order it and then they can bring it to your room but it's not as easy as what you think. It's a shame the hotel has so much potential but lots of letdowns

Enjoying the sun!

The location of the hotel to surrounding restaurants is great. Very walkable. The room was very clean but found some things a little odd. Shower door swings out and towels are not reachable. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work and no outlet to be found near the only mirror in bedroom. Loved the rooftop bar that had great views. Also woke up at 5:00am to trucks outside our room collecting trash. Really!! However, I would stay here again.

Nice stay in Punta Gorda

This boutique hotel is nice. Great location. The room was in nice shape,clean and comfortable. Customer service lacks a bit. Sitting in a chair talking to guests at check in and out isn't very professional.
