Welcome to O6ERS your canal-front getaway in Port Charlotte, Florida, where coastal charm meets comfort and relaxation. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals this home is nestled along a peaceful waterway, this single-level 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor living. Located Port Charlotte, you'll be close to everything this beautiful Gulf Coast area has to offer — from boating, fishing, and kayaking right from your backyard to shopping, dining, golf courses, and the pristine beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood, all just a short drive away.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a light and bright atmosphere, accentuated by sliding glass doors that open up to your private outdoor oasis. The main living space features two plush couches, creating an inviting spot to kick back and relax after a day of swimming or exploring. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy breakfast table for four, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the pool and canal views.

The kitchen is both stylish and functional, boasting stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen bar with barstools, and a small island that provides plenty of prep space for creating your favorite meals.

Step through the sliding glass doors to discover your outdoor paradise — a sparkling pool surrounded by comfortable seating and serene views of the canal. It's the perfect setting for lounging under the Florida sun or dining al fresco in the evening breeze. (Please note: the boat lift is not available for guest use.)

The primary bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a king-size bed and direct access to the pool area. The attached primary bathroom offers dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, providing a true spa-like experience. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and ample closet space, while the second bathroom features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with a bunk bed and a TV for entertainment.

For additional sleeping arrangements, there's a den at the front of the home equipped with a Murphy bed, making it ideal for guests.

Whether you're here for a family vacation or a peaceful escape, this Port Charlotte canal-front home delivers the ultimate Florida lifestyle.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

The home is beautiful! It is in a very quiet community and all the neighbors we met were very nice. The pool and hot tub were great but we did have a problem getting them to temperatures that were comfortable for us. The hot tub didn’t get warm for about five days and then when it did, it became extremely hot sometimes up to 110. We knew we had to pay 25 a day to heat the pool, but we did not know that it would only be heated to 85. It took about a week to get the pool to 85. I wanted to heat it higher but we were then told we would have to pay an additional 25 a day. Normally, I would not want the pool to be that warm however while we were there in February 5 outside temperatures were cooler than normal. We found out that the pool is heated with a heat pump so that explained some of the reason that the pool did not get as warm as we would like with the cooler evenings and days. Also, the pool had a leak and a company came to fix it leaving us unable to use the pool for a few days while they worked on it.It would have been nice to have a grill, but the management company that that’s part of their agreements that there are not grills at the homes that they manage. Perhaps a George Foreman grill would be nice to have it at home like that. Especially since the kitchen did lack some cooking utensils. The host was extremely responsive in getting back to us for any issues that we did have.Enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding in the canal. We did spot one alligator while there

There were many issues we dealt with and I am pretty sure the property management would not like me to post them here as I still need to have a conversation with them about our experience. Everything started off great but by the end of the week it was awful and turned into a disgusting experience. But the house is beautiful and the pool was nice.

Fabulous place! We visited two beaches on the keys, went to several great restaurants, and just enjoyed the quiet, peaceful outdoors by the canal. Great private outdoor space and lovely screened in pool area.

This home is beautiful! Perfect for a family stay!! Wonderful beds and great layout!! We loved the pool and also being able to watch the wild life on the canal! We also loved the location being close to town, access from multiple directions to make drive times short but also tucked out of busy of town to relax and enjoy!

House is beautiful and big. Neighborhood and neighbors are great. We were disappointed with the spa heat which is the ONLY question I asked prior to renting as my family enjoys time in the spa at night. I was assured numerous times prior to arrival the spa could be heated to 104, and the pool would be heated to 85 when spa was not on. Upon arrival we were told the spa is heated by the owner and guests have no control of it. We had to text or call Gulf Coast Rentals, then they would text the owner to turn on the spa. Very inconvenient and once was over an hour before the heat was turned on and it takes an hour to heat up. We also found out the new pool heater was installed one week before we arrived, the prior heater had a remote that does not work with this heater. The spa would get VERY hot and the pool maintenance person tried to regulate it during our stay. However, it was not until our last night where the heater finally seemed to be regulated. When it was too hot, we would have to contact the rental agency to contact the owner again to turn off the heat. Not an ideal situation for guests. The house also needs additional items for rental guests. An outdoor grill would be lovely, more cooking pans and bowls for preparation, small bowls for cereal or side dishes. Washcloths and dishcloths are in low supply, furniture is sparse (entry room is empty at this time making the house echo). Overall, a lovely house. We would stay again with better pool heat arrangements.
