Beautiful single-family house "La Mora II". Outside the resort, 2.8 km from the centre of Port de la Selva, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool (4 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Steep motor access. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 6.5 km, railway station "LLançà" 7.5 km, sandy beach "Platja de l'Arola" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
