Peaceful 3BD & 2BA with Salt Water Heated Pool, 35 min.'s from Jensen Beach!

Welcome to Casa Centamino! This gorgeous farmhouse is an open concept. Has a lanai screened in pool that is salt water & heated (pool heater does not run 24/7 but it does run from 7am-7pm and it is set to 82 degrees). Pool features LED lighting, sun shelf pool area, patio, and fully privately fenced in backyard. Please be mindful that the temperature of the pool can vary depending on the weather. Also the pool is not a Jacuzzi so it will not feel super hot.

This house is located in the heart of the Treasure Coast. Minutes away from Tradition, I-95, Hospital…lots of shopping stores and restaurants to enjoy! Jensen beach is about 35min.’s, Stuart Beach 36min.'s, and Jupiter Beach 45min.'s besides those there are other beautiful beach's as well (please do note that the time can change due to some traffic or stops that you may need to take before going to the beach). Peacock Lake is walking distance. Botanical Gardens & Riverwalk Boardwalk is about 18-20min.'s and as well there are other places to go and see!

Master is on the opposite side of the house and away from the other rooms. All Bedrooms feature Foam Mattresses & Hotel exclusive brand collection Pillows.
Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and a Samsung 60" Smart TV, Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and a Samsung 50” Smart TV, and Bedroom #3 has a Full size bed and a Samsung 42" Smart TV.
Living room features Samsung Sound Bar and Samsung 70" Smart TV with Sofa Bed.

You will receive instructions the day before your check-in, its basically a electronic door lock.

Just a quick reminder of the House rules:
* Quiet after 10:00pm
* No pets allowed of any kind
* No parties, events, or large gatherings
* No smoking inside the property (penalty fee $275)
* No loud noise/music
* Please report damages immediately
* Please do not disconnect the pool vacuum it's there to keep the pool clean

There is a ring security system/camera in the front porch (doorbell camera), front yard/garage, and backyard pool area (all located outdoors and in concurrence with VRBO policy) to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

Pool tech & Gardener come every Tuesday (but it can vary, depending on their schedule) during the day. They come weekly or biweekly.

The perfect stay

This is the cutest house and really comfortable. It has everything you need. It was SUPER clean and had all the towels and kitchen supplies you need. The pool was very clean and nice to use at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and showers have great water pressure. Even the knives were sharp. It is super close to shopping (Walmart, Sams, etc.) These are all little, but important things. There is plenty of room for guests to congregate in the den and kitchen. We will be back!

We stayed for the entire month of March, 2024. Best review I can give is to say that we are signing up for March, 2025. House is very clean, very modern, very well equipped. Salt water pool and totally fenced in yard gave us total privacy. Communications with the owners were answered almost immediately. Quiet cul-de-sac, but less than 10 minutes from Publix and The Fresh Market.

Lovely Home, Cool Pool

The house was lovely and stocked with all necessities, the only downfall was that the pool was listed as heated but it was never actually at a comfortable enough temperature to use.

Fair Valuation of Casa Centamino

Overall, we enjoyed our stay – nice home in a quiet, city neighborhood. New cookware, plenty of dinnerware, utensils, drinkware, etc. Bed and bath linens are in nearly new shape. And, there’s a neighborhood peacock! The peacock was spotted walking through the community several times – the kids really enjoyed seeing it! A few things to note; Although advertised as 25 minutes to the beach, the closest public beach access that we could find is 35 minutes away. Not an issue for us! We visited 4 different beautiful beaches: Jensen Beach (approx. 35 minutes), Stuart Beach (approx. 38 minutes), Jupiter Beach (approx. 45 minutes), and Riveria Beach which is close to an hour away. The pool is heated, but never reached the ‘moderate 79 degree’ temp that we had been advised of prior to booking. There was a dip in air temperature; it was approx. 65 degrees when we arrived, then climbed each day during our stay. Our last few days ranged from 80-85 degrees (air temperature) – the pool water temp maxed at 75 degrees during our visit, but started out at 62. The pool circulates the water from approximately 8:30AM to 5:30PM, which means that it is the only time that the water is heating. This was disappointing because it was the true reason that we rented the property. The beds are actually Queen (Master), Full (Guest Bedroom 1) and 2 Twin (Guest Bedroom 2). There’s a pull-out sofa in the living room. The mattresses are firm, but I actually preferred that – our guests had mixed reviews. The garage is available for use, which is nice, and helpful. The driveway is narrow and unable to hold 2 full size vehicles side-by-side. Hope this helps future guests decide if this property will truly fit their needs!
