We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. It was nice to have coffee supplied, especially traveling on Christmas Day when stores were closed. The golf cart was fun, and a convenient way to get around. Having all the beach gear, towels, and toys was awesome even though we only used them a few times. The weather was a little on the chilly side towards the end of our trip, but we made the most of it. We went up to PCB to shop, then to St. George Island, and to Apalachicola. We made some beautiful memories and we will be back. The area was just what we were looking for!

The rooms were clean and well supplied. We stayed with our son and 3 grandchildren. The kids loved the bunk beds and bikes in the garage. It was perfect for riding around the block to get out energy. I found everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking. I appreciated the cleaning and laundry supplies to get through the first couple of days. We used the golf cart daily to get to the beach and explore the development.The owners were proactive in communicating before and during the visit. It made for a stress free stay. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Windmark Hit the Mark!

The weather wasn't always perfect, but we always had many activity options to keep us busy and entertained. We loved the proximity to the (beautiful white sand, secluded, beaches) and pool. The golf cart really was a life saver, being able to carry all of our gear, to get to and from the pool/beach quickly or to take a quick and easy ride to the Windmark town center. Plenty of opportunity to fish, swim, walk/bike, relax, etc. Beautiful sunsets every night, fires on the beach, can't beat it. Many very good food/drink options within a short drive; all of the necessities of home too. The home was clean and comfortable (especially the beds). We really enjoyed (and appreciated) the quietness and small town feel. Was nice not to have to battle the crowds and typical spring break rowdiness. Communication was easy, we had no issues to contend with. It was evident that the owners are travelers too - making sure to provide the renters with many amenities, all of the information needed to have a wonderful time, etc. Great value for the price and we'd definitely go back, in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home and great location

We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here! It’s only a few houses down from the pool, it’s an easy trip on the golf cart to the beach and the cute little town. The home is beautiful, it was clean, and the owners are wonderful at communicating. No complaints from us! We hope to come again!

Fun for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. It was beautifully furnished. It had everything for a day at the beach such as bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc. The golf cart was a plus. It provided additional entertainment as we explored the area. We enjoyed our trips for pizza and ice cream. I expected the walk to the beach to be easier. The path was difficult to traverse. There was a storm the week before which may have changed the landscape. I was disappointed when we went for our bike ride; one of the bikes was a struggle to ride (the gearshift was stuck). We enjoyed the secluded beaches where we could watch dolphins as we used paddle boards. I look forward to another trip to the Port St. Joe area. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Property was great. Owners were amazing. Only thing not noted was one pool was supposed to be heated. Its only heated from Oct to March. That would've been nice to know. Pools were amazing 6 seater golf cart was amazing.

Best vacation spot ever!

Our stay here was by far the BEST vacation we have ever had! The home was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and the decor was beautiful! The host, Lanitha, was fantastic as well. She answered my questions prior to the trip and always responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed! The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit with the kids and family as well. Everyone in the neighborhood was so nice. The locals in town were all very welcoming and nice as well. We didn’t want to leave. This was our first trip to Port Saint Joe and it was one to be remembered! It couldn’t have been any more perfect! We will definitely be back next year to stay at this same place. So thankful the hosts for sharing their beautiful home! ❤️

Loved this house/Community/and Beaches!

Such a great area and the house was just as listed and more! We loved the easy access to the port side beaches using the golf cart and loved the pool that was super close to the house! Quiet community with other families scooting around on bikes and golf carts. Drove around to the Cape San Blas beach and enjoyed it over there but the Port beach was perfect for us and our kids with mellower waves and perfect sand and lots of shells! Thanks for the great stay!

Relax and chill

We wanted a place that was like home. Not busy. Not crowded. We wanted to relax and just enjoy the beach. That is what we got to do. The house was perfect. All the amenities were just amazing!!!! We packed clothes and hygiene. Nothing else was needed, but groceries. We plan on this being our beach go to! The customer service was absolutely 5 star!!!

Great Stay

The listing is exactly what you'll get. Beautiful house, with everything you need. Even sharp knives and real cutting boards! The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach in 5 minutes, without going on the road, and to the heated pool in another 5. Neighborhood was quiet and they neighbors friendly. The town is sleepy but that's what we were looking for. Highly recommend

Amazing house Amazing Property Manager

The house exceeded our expectations! Incredibly clean and way roomier than we imagined. I was very impressed with the communication from our property manager as well. Was helpful before and during the trip. If you want a relaxing place to vacation, this place is it! The luxury of the golf cart and beach supplies was outstanding.
