If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental with all the amenities, look no further than this two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a stunning ocean view located in the low-density complex, SummerHouse. This unit even has it's own dedicated parking spot, right next to the elevator. This is a NON-SMOKING, pet-free property (inside & outside).

Beach service (2 chairs + umbrella) is included from April-August. We also include additional beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach bag available in the condo for use during your stay.
