Clean, comfortable accommodations.

I arrived early (about 11:30 AM), and was delighted that there was a room available, which was very convenient and appreciated. Breakfast was great - lots of options hot and cold, plenty of seating. Had fun conversations with a couple of other travelers. Nice tea selection in the lobby which was enjoyed Saturday night. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Check out in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday went smoothly, with a cheerful staff despite the hour. All in all, a great stay.

Love the transportation option. Take the free shuttle to the Max Red Line at the airport. Saved me a bunch of money on ubers and they take you right through down down portland. Just follow google maps and select the transit option. It was super easy.

Small room and minimal bedding

Small room. I think our family booked a different room as we would never just have two beds but also at least a sofa bed. Minimal bedding. It was so late I never bothered to ask about our tiny room. Shuttle is nice and breakfast was fine but no closet, no couch with two adults and two teens was tight.

All of the staff were helpful and very nice. One person in particular was the day shift shuttle driver. I did not get his name but hee was originally from Vietnam. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we new where to go in the airport and how we should contact the hotel for return shuttle.

I do not understand a $10 “overnight parking” charge. Why would I have a hotel room if I wasn’t staying overnight? There was animal feces all of the parking lot. It looked like someone hadn’t picked up after their dog. The elevator carpet smelled like dog urine. It smelled like they try to cover it up with Lysol spray or something but it only makes it worse. The blankets, sheets and shower curtain (basically all the linens) were wrinkled. There is a balcony overlooking the lobby where there were several members of the cleaning staff just standing there laughing and cackling. They should probably spend more time doing their job instead of just standing there laughing where customers can hear and see them. I could hardly hear the girl at the desk over their laughing. There was another employee sitting in the hallway on a chair playing on his phone. The young lady at the desk was very polite. She seemed to be one of the only ones working. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay again. Or recommend it either. There were definitely better options. You get what you pay for.
