The room was great and the event held there was fantastic. However, the bartender in the lounge was completely overwhelmed and started to get very rude with customers. Also paid for breakfast with the room but never received the free breakfast - we were charged. The hotel itself was absolutely great which is why I am not giving 1 star - but when having a large event the planning of staffing and the breakfast deal should have been planned out better.

The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The hotel offers an outstanding restaurant and bar. Little touches, like complimentary coffee station in the morning and free water in the gym all add up to a make for a great stay.

The noise from the heat/air fan was loud and we did not seem to be able to adjust it to minimize the noise. We were sorely disappointed by the food in the restaurant. They previously had excellent food. Both dinner and breakfast fell short of the quality that the hotel was previously known for.

After staying here for over 100 times it was odd to be put on the bottom floor and it was fine but very out of the way and loud even though I’m traveling alone, it felt a bit uncomfortable. It may not use this hotel again.
