We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
One bed-room apartment located in the center of the municipality of Porto Azzurro, on the second floor of a renovated building. The 45 sqm apartment is structured in a living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
