A few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach some of the island's most beautiful beaches, such as Barabarca (3.5 km), Felciaio (1.5 km), and Norsi (2.5 km). The well-equipped beach of Lido Capoliveri is just a 950-meter walk away. Recently tastefully renovated, it will ensure a holiday of relaxation and well-being.

Our home will convey the feeling of an ancient farmhouse with its characteristic colors, scents, and flavors. Inside, it features many modern amenities and furnishings that create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.

It's a two-family home, consisting of two adjacent apartments, each with private furnished verandas for exclusive use on different sides, but a shared garden and parking area. Entering the property is the Villino, while continuing to the end of the villa is the Loft, which is smaller in interior but offers more privacy outside.

Two-family villa with two separate entrances, restored maintaining the stone and natural stone walls, exposed beams and wooden floors, offers relaxing and well-kept interior spaces of 50 m2.The house has this splendid veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. A room with a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, its windows create a sense of harmony and continuity between inside and outside. Comfortable double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet. Large garden shared with the property, outdoor shower and brick BBQ for the exclusive use of guests.
