GuestH4U Heroísmo Garden Delight is a beautifully renovated open-plan studio located on the 1st floor of a typical Portuguese building, accessible by stairs or elevator. While the building retains its original antique charm, the interior has been fully renovated to provide a modern, comfortable, and welcoming space.



The studio offers 30 m² and is ideal for up to 2 adults. It features a queen-size bed (160×200) with built-in wardrobes and a bright living area that flows seamlessly into the open, well-equipped kitchen, creating a pleasant and functional open space.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete kitchenware such as cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, knives, and wine glasses—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a relaxed breakfast.



The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet, offering comfort and practicality. The studio also provides Wi-Fi and a TV connected to Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity.



What truly sets this studio apart is its exclusive private garden, featuring a sunbathing area and a balcony with a charming garden set—an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring.



For year-round comfort, the studio is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning (hot and cold).

Important information before booking



Mandatory tourist tax (from 1 January 2023): €1.50 per person, per night. Payable on arrival in cash, on site.



This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge.



Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.



Pets are not allowed in the apartment.



Access, parking & check-in



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:



• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€

• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€

• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€

• After 12:00 AM: from 50€



Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.



A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 1 minute on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.



Services & extras



For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.



Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).



A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
