This delightful 53 m2 space on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Please note that access is via stairs, as there is no lift.

The property features an inviting open-plan design, with a bright living area that includes a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of exploring. The dining table is a great spot to enjoy meals or plan your next adventure.

The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with essential cookware, cutlery, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and even a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. It's a warm and social space ideal for gathering and sharing meals.

While it's a studio, the upstairs loft offers a charming semi-private sleeping area with a cosy queen bed, ensuring a restful night.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to refresh you during your stay. This property combines comfort, style, and practicality—perfect for your city escape!

Rua Formosa is nestled in the heart of Porto, offering visitors an ideal base to explore this vibrant and historic city. Located just a short walk from the iconic Bolhão Market, this area is brimming with local charm, traditional shops, and authentic Portuguese eateries. Guests can immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere while enjoying easy access to Porto’s top attractions, including Avenida dos Aliados, Clérigos Tower, and the Ribeira district.

Perfectly positioned for convenience, this area is close to public transport options, making it simple to explore further afield, such as the Douro River or the famous Port wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Whether you’re here for culture, cuisine, or relaxation, this central location ensures you’re at the heart of it all.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
