This lovely 100m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.
The bright and inviting living room includes a homely sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.
The apartment features three bedrooms, two with comfortable double beds and one with bunk beds. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind.
The space is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.

Situated in Porto’s Bonfim district, this location is just a short walk from Praça do Marquês de Pombal. Nearby, you’ll discover hidden gems like the Capela das Verdades, adding a quiet touch of history to the area. For a coffee or something sweet, there are plenty of cozy cafés around the corner. You’ll also find traditional eateries and local bakeries serving authentic Portuguese flavors. Downtown is easily accessible by metro, making it simple to explore the city’s main attractions.

The nearest metro station, Marquês, is just a 10-minute walk.
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
