This stylish and well-maintained apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The living room features a cosy seating area, a TV for your favourite entertainment, and a dining table, making it the perfect space to unwind or enjoy meals together. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, and all the essential utensils you'll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third features a queen-size bed. All beds are dressed with fresh, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and recharge during your stay.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat with a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis, is just a 15-minute walk.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
