The Space:
You will find at your disposal a spacious living room with two sofa beds and a generous dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style counter; there is also a suite bedroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single sofa bed, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort.

For a better experience, our apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing and drying machine, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV with a channel box.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the oldest and most iconic area of Porto, Ribeira, you will be in the heart of all the action, where everything happens. Here, you can get lost in the famous streets of Ribeira, enjoy a delicious Francesinha with a view of the Luís I Bridge, and stroll along the Douro River.

Largo dos Arcos da Ribeira is a pedestrian-only street, with access only for authorized vehicles. However, there are adjacent streets for easier vehicle access. The Saba Parking lot is 500 meters away from the apartment (paid parking).

To travel between the two levels of the city, Porto's well-known funicular, also known as the Guindais Funicular, connects Ribeira to the Batalha district, located in the higher part of Porto and at the city center. During this short trip, you can enjoy views of the Dom Luís I Bridge, the medieval wall of Porto, and the many wine cellars that enchant the banks of the Douro River. The access platform is just 200 meters from the apartment.

We recommend crossing the Dom Luís I Bridge and heading to the Gaia quay to taste Porto wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi-Experience Center. You can also watch the sunset at Jardim do Morro and visit the Serra do Pilar Monastery.

Another tip is the 500 bus, which departs from the São Bento station, passing through Ribeira and traveling along the Douro Riverfront, Foz, beaches, and concluding at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and a wide variety of fresh fish.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 230€ for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly inspections expected to take place.
