The property features three independent apartments: a standard double room, a standard studio, and a cozy superior studio with exposed wooden beams, ideal for guests seeking an authentic and comfortable stay. Each unit offers simplicity, privacy, and a direct connection to nature.

Staying at Podere Al Buraccio means rediscovering the slow pace of country life, without giving up the proximity to the island’s most beautiful beaches and picturesque villages. The property is lovingly managed by the owners, who live nearby and often welcome guests with tastings of their homemade wine and Aleatico.

From the verandas and outdoor spaces, guests can enjoy views of the gentle surrounding hills and the soothing sounds of nature. The large garden areas are perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or enjoying a meal outdoors, surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation.

Studio Apartment “L’Aleatico” is located within the estate Il Buraccio, surrounded by nature on a hillside between Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro.

The property is in a quiet and fairly secluded area, ideal for guests seeking privacy and relaxation. Access is via an unpaved road, which is easily passable and adds a rustic, authentic charm to the setting.

It features a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower enclosure. The furnishings are simple and well-kept, ideal for a couple looking for relaxation. Outside, there is a private area under a vine, perfect for dining or reading in the open air.

The apartment is in a secluded area, away from historic town centers.

Important Notes:

– Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late arrivals after 7:30 p.m. are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.
– Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.
– Linen: Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be rented up to 7 days before arrival at a cost of €40 for a double bed set and towels, to be paid on-site and collected at our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
