GUEST H4U BEIRIZ BEACH & POOL has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with King-Sized beds and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 8 people, including children and infants. Our TV offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed wifi is available throughout the house. The place to be for a lovely stay !



GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 2 story house with stylish decor, situated in Povoa - Beiriz, featuring a beautiful garden and outdoor pool, totally private with no overlooking You will have access to 4 spacious bedrooms, all equiped with a King Size Beds (160*200) and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We can host up to 8 people, including children and infants. Our TV offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed wifi is available throughout the house.



All ours rooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor. The kitchen, billiard room, dining area, and the other two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The house spans 200m², providing a spacious, comfortable & quiet living space.



Our fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with all necessary kitchen utensils.



Our private garden is furnished, and your disposal to enjoy and relax all day. In addition to the garden, our house has a private swimming pool available from April to October (the pool is not heated). A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking.



The house is located in a quiet area close to Povoa’s city center (10 minutes by car).



The house’s bed linen will be at your disposal.



You will have access to the whole house.

Pool closed from November 1 to March 31 every year

You are 10 minutes away (by car) from Póvoa de Varzim. In Póvoa de Varzim, you can find the beautiful beaches, the casino, supermarkets and the historical heart of the city. Everything you need will be close by!



In the same block of the house, there is a school, a bakery and a restaurant.



Within 10 minutes by car from the house, you can find the following supermarkets: CONTINENTE MODELO/ PINGO DOCE.

We have available 2 gated parking spots inside of the house.



The neighborhood is quiet and safe.



To reach GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL, you can take public transport to Póvoa de Varzim. From there, we recommend opting for a taxi or Uber to easily reach the house. While public transportation is available, we strongly recommend traveling by car for added convenience and flexibility during your stay.

Our hotel service includes cleaning on departure. For stays of more than 7 nights, the exchange of sheets and towels is possible at 145€/week.



Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure is between 8am and 10:00am. Additional fees, which apply outside these times: Arrivals between 19:00 and 20:30 15€ / between 20:30 and 22:00 25€ / from 22:00 onwards: on request from 50€.



Our private driver services include a chauffeur that will pick you up at the airport from 35€/one way trip (contact us for more information).



City tax payable on entry 1.50€/day/person.



Baby bed and high chair available on request with a supplement of 30€/week.



Pets are not allowed.



Parties are not allowed.



No smoking: In case of non-compliance, 200€ fine.



Guests/group under 25 years of age are not allowed without a legal tutor.
