Really comfortable and very friendly staff. Nice and varied breakfast. Do ask for a room facing away from the Square as it is very noisy at night with unruly young tourists.

Met EVERY expectation and then some! Will absolutely stay here in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Prague. The room accommodations (rainfall showerhead, available grounded outlets, and quiet rooms/halls) are exactly what we wanted. The staff was great as well. We especially enjoyed the Cold War Museum underneath the hotel (really great tour guides).

The room and staff were very good. I did not enjoyed the restaurant and later the cafe on the second level because the music was unbecoming of the fine place. It had too much beat, little melody and it was too loud.
