Your holiday villa is located in a picturesque, gated holiday resort just a few minutes (by car) south of Hua Hin in the popular suburb of Khao Tao, nestled between lovely hills on the edge of a picturesque lake and yet only a short walk from the extensive beaches and is therefore ideal for your dream holiday or a long-term stay.
This villa of around 90 square metres (including terrace) is individually and attractively furnished. A large living room with a modern kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, two air conditioning units and fans and TV are just as much a matter of course as a small private garden area, a car parking space, adjoining communal pool areas and beautiful tropical gardens in the surrounding area.
Numerous smaller and larger restaurants, cafés and bakeries are within walking distance
If you are interested in a long-term rental, you can enquire about the preferential conditions by specifying the desired period.
