Great room great price. Pleasant staff and fellow guests. Easy parking, great view of the mountains. Only thing was the bathroom fan did not work and the door catch did not have a metal catch. Seemed a little sketchy if it were forced, it would have not given much resistance.

Cleaner rooms the bath tub had black mold around the faucets and a ring around the tub they dont use cleaners when you wslk in its smells like old stale cigarettes and musky mold , you dont smell no fresh cleaners . It tells me they just use the dirty towels to wipe off the counter and put new towels out, fridge didnt work either

I had a reservation scheduled for February 8–14, 2026. Due to significant airline delays that left me stranded overnight in a connecting city, I was unable to complete my travel plans and had to cancel before arrival. I contacted the property immediately to explain the situation and requested consideration for a partial adjustment since the cancellation occurred before the stay began. Despite multiple attempts through Expedia messaging, I did not receive a response from the property. When Expedia intervened, the request was declined. I understand non-refundable policies exist. However, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or communication given the circumstances, which were outside of my control. This review is not about the cancellation policy itself, but about how the situation was handled.

The room was fine. They charged me twice for one night and have yet to be refunded the extra charge. Check out in morning was met with no clerk at front dest. Had long drive ahead of us and waiting to get on the road. Other guests were also waiting. No sign or note for clerk’s whereabouts. Waited 20 minutes.
