The Space:
The spacious semi-detached house "DarssAhoi" - holiday home 1B with its own 450sqm recreation plot combines exceptional - Scandinavian-inspired - architecture, ecological construction and high-quality holiday comfort. Lots of light and light wood define the friendly atmosphere. The warmly welcoming "home on time" can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It awaits you:
Three bedrooms, each with two cosy beds. The northern bedroom has views of the Bodden, where you can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace alongside the cosy dining table and cosy couch area. A high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with everything "drum & drum." The houses are rounded out by the two modern bathrooms, a sauna and infrared cabin, and an outdoor hot tub (pool in summer, wood-fired hot tub in winter). At least two bags of wood are required. These must be brought on their own.
On the large wooden terrace with sun protection you can eat, drink and simply relax.
The entire property is fenced, which ensures the necessary security and privacy.
A free 11KW charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is also available, and charging is free in 2022. The property sleeps four and two.

The "DarssAhoi" - holiday home 1B is located in a small recreation area with newly built holiday homes in the state-approved resort of Pruchten, on the southern coast of Bodden directly below the Darß. Pruchten has a small natural beach and is the neighbouring municipality of Zingst, the wine-growing town of Barth and the picturesque fishing and harbour town of Bodstedt. The northern bedroom of your holiday home faces the Bodden region, Darss and the Zingst. Here you can sometimes see the Bodden flash through, watch deer and experience up close in spring and autumn some very special natural spectacles - the crane trains. The region is the largest crane resting place in Europe.

The Neighborhood:
The Bodden beach and the kite spot are only 900 metres away. The Pruchten nature camp (mini market, restaurant and bike rental), the harbour with boat rental, the Pruchten baker with its delicious offer, a small ice cream parlour and a water sports centre are all within walking distance. The town of Barth, directly to the south-east, offers maritime, cultural and tourist diversity. Numerous supermarkets can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
To the west of Pruchten borders - also within walking distance - idyllic fishing villages Bodstedt (with harbour and sea boats) and Fuhlendorf. The municipality of Pruchten and its district of Bresewitz are part of the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft and are directly connected to the Zingst and Darß rivers via the Meiningen bridge. Its miles of white beaches, the picturesque wild coastal forest and the neighbouring town of Pruchten, the fashionable Baltic spa Zingst, can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car (or even better: by bike). Other Baltic resorts such as Prerow or Ahrenshoop are also within easy reach with e-bikes, which you can rent directly in Pruchten.
