Great place!

Great place to stay! Great communication from the host! We had no issues at all with the property! A couple things did confuse us, but were unique! Everything looked fairly recently updated.Kids loved playing games in the big room in basement, my kids love to play outside, and the backyard having the rocks everywhere with a patch of grass mad that hard for my kids, but they still loved the place! Would definitely recommend, definitely will rent again in the future as long as it is still available as an BNB. House is/was for sale, and most definitely plan on seeing about getting the family to pitch in and buy it collectively as a vacation house! Great location, great neighbors, excellent neighborhood, close to attractions!

Peaceful and Clean

The house and property were very clean, I didn’t notice much of a smell in the basement, however we didn’t really use the space down there unless we did laundry. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and answered right away! We will definitely be staying here again next time we go to visit Pueblo. It’s very close to downtown and cute shops/ food.

Landscape woes

This house served our purposes well as we were showing at the state fair and location was great. The house was clean and amble space. We have stayed at this property in the past. We were disappointed in how run down the property has become with lack of landscape, weeds and tall grass. Unable to enjoy the outside at all. The linens and towels especially were very poor quality--in the past we had better linens . The microwave door needs to be fixed. We still would recommend the property but it really needs some TLC.

The property was spacious and worked for our family. The location was close to the Riverwalk and was situated in an area that was safe. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the early evenings. We would stay there again.

House is in a great neighborhood & convenient location. Unfortunately the outside garbage was full when we got there-making it difficult to put our garbage out when we left. We did find a couple of garbage items under one of the beds upstairs & the comforter on the downstairs bed looked as if it had not been washed in a while so we threw it in the wash as soon as we got there. Otherwise the house worked well for our needs.

Spacious living area. We used all three main floor bedrooms. I cannot imagine putting anyone in the basement bedroom, but we did appreciate the large sized washer and dryer down there! We walked the neighborhood around the college campus and discovered the Einstein Bagels, a great place for a very early breakfast.

Very quiet place to stay along with being cozy and warm. The only drawback was there is a dire need for better pans. We couldn't make pancakes very well and I only did it once because the pans were so bad. No cookie sheet for biscuits either. Otherwise just about everything we needed was available

Clean and quiet

Property was clean and quiet. There were a few nuances but nothing that impacted our stay. Only concern isn't necessarily a concern for all but would be a concern for littles. Water heats up fast and can burn. If you have little ones just watch them when turning on the hot water. Also as you come in the front door watch for a slight step up. If you come in from the bright outside with sunglasses on it's easy to miss. I and several of my guests tripped the first time through. Area of town appears eclectic from the outside but was very quiet other than a few fireworks (but we were staying pretty close to the 4th of July). Everything in the town is very close. The town has a lot of amazing history and this town is situated perfectly to go see things up in the mountains without having to pay the added expense of being in the mountains. Lots of place to spread out. We had 4 adults and 2 children.

Clean but less bedrooms than advertised.

The main floor of this property was very clean upon arrival. We appreciated the large couch that fit everyone in our party comfortably. Our issue was that this was listed as a 4 bedroom when it is really more like a 2 bedroom. There is a bedroom in the basement but it did not seem safe. There was no light in the steep stairway going down until you are almost at the bottom of the stairs. The entire basement smells like what could be gas as well as having a musty/moldy smell. The basement bed mattress looked to be in bad shape as well. As far us the main floor, the master bedroom can only be accessed through the hall bedroom. This works for parents and children but would be not work adults wanting privacy. This should instead be advertised as 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. Other than the bedroom and basement situation, this was a well equipped, clean place to stay.

Visiting family in Pueblo

My children and I traveled to Pueblo to spend Christmas with my parents. The property was very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and is very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was only 5 min to my parents home. This property was a perfect place to relax and rest after a busy day visiting with family. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again!
