The room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable. Staff available all the time at reception. Pool area was also clean. Pool staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, note: they also take food orders for room service. I ordered a drink they said I never did, so I never received it while at pool side. Decided to leave it since I had to go. Walking distance to many places.

The hotel in itself is great, with the pool area and staff and cleanliness. We experienced big groups staying at the hotel, thus the breakfast was somewhat chaotic with some food lacking from time to time. But the stay was in general very good!

I requested two taxi services from your hotel (one was round trip to Iguazu falls and the other was to airport). I was told the price is fixed. But both drivers ask for 15% more because I wanted to pay by credit card. I will post some comment to social media to let people know what they said is NOT trustable!!!
