Property is due for refurbishment and not being completely taken care of in the meantime. The pools were absolutely disgusting. I chose this hotel over its sister property for the bunk beds and when we arrived they told me my teen was too big for the “kids bunks” he ended up on a small sofa couch, which he was too big for and my other child had to sleep with me and my husband. All staff we dealt with were excellent.

Beach and pool areas very well maintained. Room very comfortable, clean and had plenty of towels, hand towels, face cloths and bar well maintained. One comment our group found - portions of food, especially at the Steak House, was over whelming! One of the best meals was at the Mexican restaurant on our last night - right portions of food! Accommodated our group when 8-17 people would gather for dinner!

The beds need to be a lot bigger I didn’t sleep well all 6 nights. Both my daughters (3y&4y)fell off the bed during sleep cos the bed is way too small.the food was ok. The beach was amazing. The staff is super friendly. I might do it again if they upgrade their rooms.
