The holiday flat is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation.

Pula. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Public paid parking spaces
