DESCRIPTION

The modern luxury villa Mako with swimming pool and whirlpool is located in a quiet suburban location of Pula, just 4 km from the breathtaking beaches and the city center. With its two double beds and five single beds, Villa Mako offers enough space for the whole family.

The property of this modern and architecturally designed villa is completely fenced, so the parking spaces are also in the fenced area of ​​the property. Next to the pool is the technology house with a boiler room and enough storage space for the pool's accessories, as well as a hobby room with table football.

On the ground floor there is an open and light-flooded living and dining room; the spacious sliding elements transform the living and dining room into a "winter garden" and provide access to the spacious terrace, which is partially covered. The ground floor also has a guest toilet, a small pantry and a large bedroom with its own bathroom. From this bedroom you can also access the large terrace and sun deck.
