The holiday flat is located in a detached house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Punat. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a hedce and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
