Really enjoyed this staycation. The facilities were fabulous and so many wonderful places to eat. The fan is the room was an unexpected spectacular addition to the comfort in the room. My only complaint is that the shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers were empty in my bathroom. Good thing I always bring back up!

It was an excellent resort. Really Beautiful. Lots of food and beverage options. Pricing was very fair of Room and food. Room was in perfect condition. All of the staff was so very nice and helpful. Pools were spectacular. I hope pricing remains fair in the future.

We checked in for a 1 night stay and Jacob at the desk wrote down the wrong room number. There was a long line at reception so I downloaded the app and after some investigation found out our room number. We had lunch and tried to find space at the main pool which was packed so we went tot the adult pool which was also fully booked and there was no where to sit. The pool staff just basically said sorry and there was nothing to do. We spoke with Amanda and Stephanie at the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do and there really is not anything else to do there on a hot summer day so after 2 hours at the hotel, mostly eating lunch, we checked out. We asked for a refund as the property could not accommodate us with even 1 pool lounge chair, even if we paid extra. They did not offer any refund. Will not be back.

We had a king size bed, which was every comfortable. I would have loved more fluffy pillows. They have 7 nice restaurants and a Food Court with plenty choices, from coffee, pastries, ice cream, pizza, Mexican, seafood, asian and American.

While i enjoyed the restaurants, staff, and the overall property; it is kind of a remote location with not much to do in the area. Also, Maury's had a great wine selection and cooked my Pittsburgh NY Strip perfectly!

Wonderful convention stay

I was here for a convention so we didn't have the chance to take advantage of everything but I will return for pleasure. Wonderful food options, so many ways to relax... I'm leaving this review because there's a staffer who worked with the catered food for the Florida Media Conference: Courtland. He went above and beyond (I have celiac) to make sure I knew which foods were safe. Please thank him for me and know that you need to reward him for being a huge part of making the experience here one I would gladly repeat. The food was amazing, too!
