Living room with dining area, kitchenette and extendable 2 sofa beds (200x130), 32 m2 total + balcony (furnished) with splendid sea view. Satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Open kitchen (with 4-plate electric oven), extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.

Free internet access (WiFi), washing machine. Free shuttle to the catamaran or ferry, but also help to organize transportation to the airports (Rijeka, Zadar, Zagreb). We are always there for you. We are looking forward to planning your stay.

The modernly furnished, detached house in a residential area in the Barbat district 4.5 km from the center of the old town of Rab. Seen from the property on the sea, it is located just 250 meters from the sea. Access is from the main road.

1500 m2 of beautiful gardens with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. Parking for cars and small boats.
Near our house, 5 minutes walk away are: supermarket, rent a boat, rent a bicycle or scooter, beaches, restaurants and bars and a rich tourist offer.
From there you can take a walk and enjoy a pleasant walk through the famous four towers of Rab. The rich history and architecture of the old town of Rab.

In the southeast, are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Rab, the beautiful underwater world and on the rocks in the north of the adventure.

Cultural events and nightlife is in the old town of Rab (5 km).
The richness of the sea and the rescue of the Mediterranean country as an authentic gastronomic offer in numerous taverns and restaurants.

There is the possibility of renting a boat, motorbike or organizing boat excursions to nearby islands or a visit to the famous natural places.

Top Wohnung,sehr familienfreundlich

Wir hatten die Wohnung Blau für 13 Nächte gebucht.Die Wohnung teilt sich in einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Zugang zu der schönen großen Dachterrasse inkl. Meerblick,1Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett(ebenfalls mit eigenem Balkon) und ein kleines Bad auf.Platzmässig war es für uns ausreichend-ins Schlafzimmer passte sogar noch ein kleines Kinderbett für unser kleines Kind.Dieses hatte uns der Vermieter kostenlos vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt.Für das ganze Haus steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Klimaanlage,einen schönen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach,Spülmaschine und Sat-Tv.Die Wohnung wurde uns tip top sauber übergeben,ebenso haben wir nach 7 Tagen frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher vom Vermieter bekommen.Der Vermieter selber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,immer bemüht das es einem gut geht und das es einem an nichts fehlt.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld klappte absolut reibungslos.Für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden jedem die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per 13 notti....casa molto grande,molto pulita e con una bellissima vista sul mare....proprietari gentilissimi,disponibili e cordiali....di meglio non ce n'è!!!! La casa è in una zona tranquilla e molto vicina ad un supermercato e al centro città....la spiaggia più vicina,pudarica,è veramente bella...torneremo sicuramente!!!!
