Parking was fine. This was the first hotel/motel I've stayed in that didn't have a coffee maker in the room. I liked the price but I would have paid an extra couple bucks if to have a coffee maker in my room.

Burns on the beds, stains as well on the sheets and blankets. A slight hole in the wall and the sink and bathroom were disgusting. The entire place smelled of cigarette’s and pot, inside the room was horrible.

Location is nice. Outside appearance seems nice as well. Inside the room was were it gets questionable. Now I’ve been in motels that you avoid even taking a shower because of fear of the walls and ceilings, but those were like half the price as this. I’ll give them credit, the top parts of the wall had repairs/ fresh paint to fix what use to be there, but there were still rust spots and black spots.

Stayed here while my son toured UNC… Staff was polite. Room was terrible. People were smoking in the rooms all around us and a dog was barking all night the first night. The heat/ac wall unit kept reverting back to AC by itself and I woke up freezing multiple times. Floor was chewed up at the entrence to the room and the sink pipes and refrigerator were covered in rust. The bed was super uncomfortable and they gave us 3 thin pillows. My neck and back are still recovering from it. I also requested a double and wound up with a king bed for me and my teenage son. If he winds up going to school there I need to find something better. Horrible first impression of North Carolina.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the light in the ceiling, horrible smell that smelled like mold/mustyness, the bed felt like cardboard that you sank into, the mirror was sideways, the bathtub stained, and there was hair on the bed sheets. And they declined a refund when we checked out 30 minutes later for our two day stay. We will never book again. Also, don’t book through hotels.com because they will only go to the hotel asking for permission to refund which will be denied.
