I was extremely disappointed in this resort for several reasons: there were 2 flights of stairs I had to carry my luggage up (no help was available), the door on the room had such a wide gap between the door and the door frame that I could hear every sound outside, especially traffic. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk the next morning and she said, “Yes, it’s because it’s an old building and has settled crooked!” No offer to solve the problem or even an offer to a different room The drain around the bathtub was rusted in several spots so I didn’t use it. I assumed a golf resort with home-type rooms would have some kind of laundry facility available but there were no laundry facilities I was told. I was surprised at how curvy the roads were to the resort and would not have booked this resort if I knew what the roads were like. I guess I should have checked but I also had to drive it at night and it was very stressful to me. Also, the air conditioning unit blew STRAIGHT ON ME in the bed. I decided to leave a day early because I was so uncomfortable there with the air conditioning blowing on me and the wide gap in the door frame. Also, if it didn’t have a dead bolt on the door I would have left immediately because of the lack of a secured door. But one night was all I could handle even with the dead bolt. I won’t be back, sorry to say.

Single female traveler put in the basement of the resort. WiFi didn’t work. When I called front desk, I told her there was no WiFi and she argued with me that there was , said there has never been a problem. I asked for a different room so I could feel safe. She said they were full. Bathtub had hair and grime in it.

Very clean Resort with beautiful view outside. Only one thing but it’s beyond control. The occupant upstairs disturbed our sleep, walking thru the room the whole night. We could hear his steps.

Room was remodeled. Beautiful views. Was nice to have a mini wet bar area with a vanity area. The breakfast restaurant was really good! The drinks were good and service was amazing even though they were slammed. Stayed for a wedding in the area and would recommend this hotel.

Our Room on the north end of lodge is located next to service room which is the location for hot water heater and washer and dryer for rooms was very loud around 5 AM each morning. In addition the plumbing from the service room continually makes a low rumble through out the day. The wall between both service room and ours is not insulated to eliminate noise. everything else including restaurants were great. Parking is limited.
