The air-conditioned villa has three levels and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers. The bedroom on the top floor has a balcony with a spectacular view of the landscape and the sea, while the one on the bottom floor is next to the playroom with a pool table. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, which also includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room, all with direct access to the outdoor area.
The private garden is dominated by a swimming pool surrounded by a tiled sundeck, where you can soak in the sun and relax on the loungers. There is also an outdoor grill at your disposal, which you can use to prepare delicious meals, then share them with your family and friends out in the open.
Villa Vanda is set in beautiful surroundings in a hamlet called Diminići, not far from Labin in eastern Istria. The nearest beach is just a couple of kilometers away. For arrivals by air, fly to Pula Airport located only 44 km from the villa. Entering Croatia from Slovenia at the Rupa border crossing, it takes a bit more than an hour to reach your destination (80 km).
