Willkommen im „Apartment by Janzen“. Diese ca. 80 m² große Ferienwohnung bietet durch ihre durchdachte Aufteilung flexiblen Platz für bis zu 3 Personen (auf Anfrage bis zu 5 Personen) und kombiniert modernen Komfort mit einer ruhigen, zentralen Lage in einem gepflegten Wohnpark.



Das Apartment ist hochwertig ausgestattet und ideal für Familien, kleine Gruppen oder Geschäftsreisende. Schlafzimmer 1 ist mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett (180 cm) ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer 2 bietet ein französisches Bett (140 cm). Im einladenden Wohnzimmer finden Sie einen Flachbild-TV, ein gemütliches Sofa (bei Bedarf als zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit nutzbar) und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ermöglicht eine unabhängige Selbstversorgung. Das moderne Badezimmer verfügt über eine barrierefreie, begehbare Dusche. WLAN ist inklusive und ein privater Parkplatz steht direkt am Objekt zur Verfügung.
