Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious and well-appointed home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. On the main floor, you’ll find an inviting open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making culinary adventures effortless. Enjoy your meals at the dining table before unwinding in the cozy seating area with a TV—perfect for relaxed evenings.

This level also features a convenient bathroom with a shower, as well as a laundry area equipped with both a washer and a dryer, ensuring you stay fresh throughout your stay.

Step outside to the covered outdoor area, complete with an additional kitchenette. This space invites you to enjoy the ocean breeze while preparing a barbecue or simply relaxing on the terrace with picturesque beach views.

Upstairs, three inviting en-suite bedrooms await. The master bedroom features a plush double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, ideal for friends or family, while the third double en-suite bedroom provides a soothing ambiance and its own private bathroom for restful nights.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A peaceful and charming apartment in the picturesque area of Porto Formoso, on São Miguel Island. Guests are close to the natural swimming pools of Porto Formoso, the seafront promenade, and beautiful north-coast beaches. Surrounded by green landscapes and coastal trails, it’s an ideal retreat for enjoying the Azores’ nature, ocean views, and relaxed island lifestyle.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 25 minutes away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
