Arranged all on one floor, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette and single bed + pull-out camp bed; double room; bedroom with French bed + single bed; large bathroom with walk-in shower. A short distance away is a laundry room where there is a washing machine shared with other villas.

- gas hob; lcd tv; refrigerator with freezer; electric oven; fan; mosquito nets; Wifi
Services outside the apartment:
- equipped outdoor area; uncovered private parking space; shared BBQ; shared laundry room with washing machine 100 m far the Home
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 100 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
