The large garden on four sides of the villa and the elevated position offer you a panoramic view of the sea and surrounding landscape where you can admire unforgettable sunsets and the romantic passage of illuminated ferries in the distance. The villa boasts a position that is always pleasantly breezy and is only 150 meters from the beach/sea via the service of an easy private pedestrian passage from the garden. The splendid beach of the Nisporto Bay with crystal clear water is the perfect destination for lovers of quiet tourism and families. The Bay is a cove of about 200 meters of sand and mixed pebbles with clear water, there are facilities with a beach (umbrella service), bar and restaurant. The seabed that slopes gently towards the open sea in the central area and the cliff on the sides of the bay with a rocky and low seabed make it ideal for snorkeling lovers, the diving center, present on site, allows you to go on excursions by canoe and pedal boat. Available to customers: restaurant, pizzeria, bar, market/grocery store open in the summer season. In Nisporto there are numerous private villas, residences with swimming pools, camping and tennis courts. The property is accessed by a gate with two openings for both cars and pedestrians and the villa remains protected and surrounded by the park for exclusive use, the car park offers ample space for parking and maneuvering, from the panoramic and equipped terrace you can access a bright, relaxing and pleasantly ventilated living area with sea view. The villa boasts private pedestrian access via an exclusive gate that from the garden, through an easy path immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub after just three minutes of walking leads to the equipped beach of Nisporto having covered a distance of about 150 meters. Internally the sleeping area is composed of 3 (three) spacious double bedrooms, one of which can be transformed with two single beds on request, all the beds are larger than standard, there are also two bathrooms with showers and bidets. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the spacious living room includes the dining area and the relaxation area with large windows to the outside and a large television, externally there is a utility room used as a laundry and storage room. The property offers a high standard of services and was renovated in 2024 to ensure a stay in the name of quality. Villa Lorenzo boasts a location easily reachable by car just 15 kilometers away from the port of Portoferraio, just 11 kilometers from the port of Rio Marina and 25 kilometers from Elba airport.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of YOUNG PEOPLE under 25 are not allowed
- vintage mosquito nets, we ask for particular attention
- for the use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning (maximum 2 animals)
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
