Ca l'Oliveta is a stone farmhouse, ideal for families and groups of friends, located in the middle of nature, in a beautiful and peaceful setting in the hills, with a large porch with barbecue and private pool. ideal for any time of the year!

This charming three-storey farmhouse can accommodate up to 15-16 people. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and kitchenware, a living-dining room with a large table, a wood cooker and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with all comforts, a living room with a sofa bed and a complete bathroom. Finally, there is a large attic with three single beds, two double beds and a shower.

You can enjoy an excellent garden with several rooms where you can relax, a ping-pong area, a large private swimming pool with views of the mountains, a large porch with barbecue and free private parking for up to 6 cars. Ca l'Oliveta has its own small mountain where you can practice hiking activities and enjoy great views of the surrounding countryside.

It has towels, bath products, hairdryer, set of beds, tv, wood cooker, oven, coffee maker and all the basic products in the kitchen.

The farmhouse is located in Ruidecols, just 12 km from the city of Reus, and 22 km from the centre of the town of Salou and its wonderful beaches. In addition, just 20 minutes away you can enjoy the amusement park par excellence, Port Aventura.

During the stay:
- Maximum of 16 guests
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking
- Arrive and leave the property in good condition: report damages and contact the host for any problems.
- Recycle the garbage in the containers.
- Tourist taxes are paid separately: 1,78€ night per person.

Petri, the person who helps us manage the house, will hand you the keys. He will be at the property at 3:00 p.m. to give you the keys and explain the house in more detail.
