beware of hidden charges!

They charged my card $20 for parking without my consent. They never mentioned it when I booked the room or when I checked in. It just showed up on my bank statement. Had to call them to find out what it was for. They said they would remove it... A bit shady in my opinion...

This property was very nice, it was in walking distance of a huge outdoor mall/shopping center with plenty of dining options. We stayed here specifically to be close to the Karl Strauss Brewery to celebrate a birthday and it was great. The hotel rooms were clean, they were little suites, so they had a small kitchen which a stove top surface and fukl fridge; the continental breakfast was good and had a decent variety of choices; and the staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things I would improve; the furniture inside of our room was just a little worn, and the chairs in the breakfast area were very worn; there was a weird smell in the lobby, not a horrible smell, but just strange/stale. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.
