Our room was fantastic and kept that way almist everyday by the staff. The breakfast staffed woman that was there most of the time we stayed, I forget her name but she was of Asian decent, was super friendly and kind to us! We will definantly stay at this Staybridge the next time were in town visiting family. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was handicap accessible and I had everything I need. Something that is not taken into consideration is where the soap and shampoo are located. for a person in a wheel chair it is almost impossible to reach where you have them now. Pool was fun and relaxing. On the few days we ate breakfast it was the same as the previous day and the help was standing around talking. Tables were covered in crumbs and they talked on. Maybe I'm wrong to expect them to wipe down the tables. my mistake.

The staff who was in charge of the "The Social" was very kind and considerate. I arrived and check-in at the hotel at 6:50pm due to heavy traffic. She extended the social hour for another 15 minutes for me. I deeply appreciate it.
