There are high-quality finishes throughout, and gray-washed laminate floors add a feel of elegance. Additionally, there is ample closet space, an in-unit washer & dryer, and much more. The unit has high-quality finishes and attractive grey-washed laminate floors - all of which lend an air of contemporary elegance.
