No heat turned on in room when we first arrived, meanwhile it was 12 degrees outside, breakfast was temporarily discontinued, so do t be fooled with the picture of a breakfast area. It’s now a bunch of stacked tables and chairs. The heater in the room only worked all the time or not at all. So you were freezing or burning up. We did however hear a lady asking for extra towels because they only provide two for a three party room. They responded to her with we are fully booked and can’t give out extra towels. So that was nice! Yeah total not what the reviews described.

The room was OK in terms of cleanliness. There was no soap in the bathroom. The hair blower was broken. The toilet drains very slowly. Nobody cleaned the room unless I called to request.

The staff was helpful. We reserved two rooms. One reserved room took four tries to get a clean room. The other room took two tries to get acceptable. The first room was extremely dirty-sheets all over the place and whatever else the previous customer left. The heat in the second (replacement) room didn’t work. The third room wasn’t cleaned from the previous customers. The staff finally found a clean acceptable room on the 4th try. The second room was not sufficiently cleaned but the second try was barely acceptable. The smoke detector was hanging by wires and other minor stuff. When we returned in the evening, the key card didn’t work. The staff was very helpful.
