Great location, helpful staff. We had 1 SNAFU with our reservation but staff addressed it immediately. Safe clean comfortable bed. We equipped kitchen in the room. Will stay again

Check in was easy and the front desk agent was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the TV and the refrigerator did not work. I tried calling the front desk and used the chat feature on the app but was not able to get anyone to resolve it. At breakfast, the food area was not maintained well. There was food, syrup, and trash all over the buffet area. Granted, I went about an hour before breakfast ended, but I usually always stay at Hilton properties and team members are always out cleaning and refreshing the food area. I just didn’t see that here.

The shower door was broken and replaced partially by a curtain placed directly on the door rails and wouldn’t move. The door to the bathroom which is just a sliding door, wouldn’t open and close properly. I don’t know if it was off track or what but nothing we did fixed it. We had to have my husband come over and open and close the door every time we had to go because he was the only one with enough strength to get the door. The old shampoo and body wash things were still on the wall with the ones that were full sitting around various places in the shower. The walls were banged up and missing chunks in places. I told the front desk and she just said oh we tried to fix the door but we can’t. Sorry.

The property was very convenient for where I needed to go around Fort Mill, there is a shopping center nearby . Places to eat are very close by as well . The staff was very accommodating and helpful . Nice gym with working equipment . Cleanliness of the hotel was very well kept indoors and outdoors . I would stay here again for sure.

When checking in the hotel desk couldn’t find I had two rooms. Then I guess he found them in a few minutes never told me he found them and he wasn’t nice at all. It was like I was bothering him.
