WoodSpring Suites Cocoa Beach-Rockledge is a very new facility with clean rooms. Huge bathrooms. Room was very basic and setup for weekly or long term stays. Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.

Terrible stay.. noisy, stinky and dogs everywhere. When we checked out after only two nights all our clothes and belongings smelled horrible like mildew. I had to wash everything.

Accommodations would be a great fit for a single individual needing extended stay. Not the normal hotel experience with only essential items provided. Had to request comforter for the bed. Staff was extremely polite and room was clean.

My husband and I were happy that the floors in the room dirty. No iron or ironing board , no blow dryer. It was very inconvenient having to call front desk and then having to get it ourselves. No return
