Hillside villa with sea view and heated pool is an ideal summer vacation villa, located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, away from the center and the sea 1500 meters. Šibenik and Split are less than one hour away. Furthermore, there are Trogir and National Park Krka near by, so Jarebinjak is a great place to position yourself on a vacation.

Hillside villa with sea view and heated pool covers an indoor area of 130 m² and outdoor area of 550 m, spreads over two floors and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, pool, and is suitable accommodation for 7 guests. The ground floor features large open plan living, dining, toilet and kitchen area with colors and soft lightening create an inviting and welcoming space. Aside from its spacious layout, this lovely villa has large windows and sliding doors that provide a seamless connection to the outdoors and assure plenty of natural light. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need such as: electric kettle, blender, dishwasher, fridge with cold water and ice cubes,coffe machine and has a lots of storage space. Also features small wood island and three high chairs. Right next to the kitchen is dining area with exit to terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Dining area is connected with bright living room with a large velvet sofa, a modern designer table, and LED SMART satellite TV.

The internal staircase lead to the first floor where are a three bedroom, two bathroom and space for reading. Villa is fully air-conditioned and has Internet access. There is also outdoor parking space for several cars.
