Villa Sunset

Visit my beautiful seaside villa located between Split and Šibenik, in a wonderful peaceful village Ražanj, only 25 km from Split Airport. Lots of amenities, private heated pool and sea only 10 metres away makes it an ideal place to relax and spend a wonderful vacation with family and friends.
The space
Villa is 10 metres far from the sea. It is located between Split and Šibenik, in a wonderful peacefull sea village Ražanj, situated only 25 km from Split Airport with all summer hotspots - Split, Trogir, Rogoznica, Primošten, Šibenik, NP Krka, NP Kornati nearby.
There are 3 floors with separate apartments and a large patio including large heated pool, heated whirpool, baby pool, dining tables, BBQ, childrens' playground and private parking.
Guest access
Villa has been finished in 2015 and each year is improved and made better. In order for my guests not to be bored, there are various of activies to provide such as : recreating in the pool (big or baby pool), playground for children, relaxing in sauna and jacuzzi, training in the gym, playing table tennis, billiard, darts, chess or table soccer. Our guests can also use 8 bikes for free to explore the local beauties.

Villa is 10 metres far from the beautiful crystal clear sea and our guests have their own beach (dock) with sunbeds in front of the house. In Ražanj you can try the local cuisine, learn how to fish and dive in local school. You can also explore untouched nature and discover hidden beaches on the islands in aquatorium or visit some of the historical towns and national parks nearby.

Guest are treated with complimentary 30-liter keg of draught beer. On request, welcoming meal can be prepared for the guests.
