Kätevästi kävelymatkan päässä St. Pietarin aukio, Vatikaani, St. Angelin linna, Trastevere, Navona-aukio ympäröivä historiallinen keskusta, tämä huoneisto on täydellinen pesä rentoutumiseen Roomassa.
Rakennus on kokonaan uusittu 7 vuotta sitten. Se on akustisesti eristetty ja varustettu ilmastoinnilla joka huoneessa.
Huonekalut ovat aivan uusia.
Se mahtuu 6 vierasta, 1 makuuhuone ja iso olohuone.

Casa Sangallo on kaupungin kolmen eri alueen leikkauspisteessä: Borgo (Vatikaani), Trastevere & Ponte, historiallisen keskustan alue, joka sijaitsee Navona-aukion ja Pyhän Angielin linnoituksen välillä.

Suurin osa turistikohteista ja yöelämän kohteista ovat kävelymatkan päässä.
Myös kaksi linja-autoasemaa ovat 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä useista reiteistä.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Castel Sant'Angelo. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The suite was even larger than it appeared in the listing pix. Well equipped & modern. Bright. Clean. Big bed. Xllnt area, good transportation for all major sights, etc. ON the Tiber River. Andrea was always in good communication throughout our stay. Would Completely Recommend it and would Happily stay here again.

Clean, modern apartment with a location that was a great central point to walk to all the tourist sites with plenty of restaurants also nearby. Management company was great to deal with and went above and beyond in returning a lost wallet to us at the airport. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this great apartment did not disappoint! The location was fantastic, close to the Vatican and walking distance to many of the famous sights. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and has a very a comfortable bed. Located near a busy street, we were surprised how quiet the unit was, especially the bedroom which was located in the back. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, Andrea was an excellent communicator and attentive. He arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, which we highly recommend. We understand why this rental has all five star reviews.

The perfect location

The apartment was beautiful with everything that you could ask for. The location couldn’t have been better. Very nice neighborhood with immediate access to bus route - just outside the door. Within walking distance of many sites. The host, Andrea went above and beyond helping us get into the apartment early and answering questions about the area throughout the stay, I highly recommend taking advantage of his offer for transportation to/from the airport.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights prior to catching a train to the coast for a cruise. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance to the Colosseum, Vatican and Parthenon. Andrea was extremely helpful and meet us at check in to review the amenities. 4 star property that I would definitely recommend

Wonderful Rome location

We had a great stay in this Rome property - easy to walk to several attractions and very close to the Vatican. Andrea was very responsive to all of my questions, arranged for transportation from the airport and met us at check-in to show us around the apartment. Lots of space which was great. Building A/C was turned off for the fall but luckily there was a standing fan that we moved into the bedroom. Thank you Andrea!

Our amazing host, Andrea, and his associate, Nikoo, greeted us for check-in.The apartment was larger than anticipated, quiet, and well appointed with everything we need, and is in a fantastic location both for walking to many of the top attractions and restaurants, as well as great bus and taxi access. Such a fantastic stay

We could not have picked a better location or place to stay while we were in Rome! We literally walked to everything from here. Attending daily mass at the Basilica was at the top of our list and this location made that easy to accomplish. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us !
